Dr Ramkinkar Jha is an accomplished orthopaedic surgeon with over two decades of experience across India’s premier medical institutions including AIIMS New Delhi, Medanta-The Medicity, Narayana Health, and Artemis Hospitals. Widely recognized for his expertise in joint reconstruction, sports medicine, robotic surgery, and complex trauma, he combines world-class training with innovative techniques and compassionate patient care.
He completed his MCh in Orthopaedics at the University of Edinburgh with distinction and prestigious awards, alongside advanced fellowship training in orthopaedics, joint replacement, arthroscopy, robotic surgery, sports medicine, and orthopedic oncology across global centers of excellence in Hong Kong, Singapore, Switzerland, Malaysia, and more.
As Chief & Unit Head of Orthopaedics at Artemis Hospitals, Dr. Jha leads a multidisciplinary team performing over 1000+ orthopedic procedures annually with consistently high patient satisfaction and excellent surgical outcomes. He is also actively engaged in academics, mentoring, research, and international teaching, further strengthening Artemis’ position as a leader in advanced orthopaedic care.
