He has a vast experience spanning several years in the Indian Army, corporate hospitals and teaching expertise as a Professor of Endocrinology and Medicine at Apex Institutes. He has been an examiner for the National board of examinations.
He is an alumnus of the prestigious Armed forces Medical College, Pune. He has done his Superspeciality degree in Endocrinology from the prestigious Army hospital Research and Referral Hospital, New Delhi. He has certificates in Bone densitometry from the International Osteoporosis Federation. He is a domain expert in Medical law having done post graduation from National Law School, Bangalore. He has numerous publications in international journals and is editor for journal of Endocrinology and Diabetes by Jaypee publications.
