Lamaze
Lamaze includes childbirth preparation classes to help pregnant women understand how to cope with pain in ways that can facilitate labour and promote comfort. This includes relaxation techniques, movement and massage. Lamaze also educates and enables women to make informed decisions when medical interventions or medications are required for pain relief. Most obstetricians recommend starting Lamaze classes in the third trimester.
